First winner of the Len Augustine Community Impact Award announced
Vacaville, CA – Tuesday, Dec. 2, marked the inaugural presentation of the Len Augustine Community Impact Award at the Travis Credit Union (TCU) annual Community Impact Breakfast. This award celebrates exceptional, long-standing community service and acknowledges individuals who embody TCU’s commitment to lifelong learning and youth development. This year’s honoree, Lisette Estrella-Henderson of the Solano County Office of Education, was presented the award. Three organizations — Richmond Promise, Travis AFB’s Military Family & Readiness Center and the Concord Chamber of Commerce’s Committee Negocios Hispanos de Concord — were also honored with the credit union’s Community Champion Award.
