Here are the things you’ll need to do after your initial login using your current credentials:
- After your initial login, you may be required to set a new password, as we have implemented new password requirements to enhance the security of your account.
- If you have additional users, you will need to re-establish those secondary users’ roles, permissions, and passwords with the new system.
- Please re-enter your account alerts to your preferred notification settings.

Digital Banking Resources
Account Alerts: We have added an entirely new set of account alerts to keep you notified about your money.
Additional Users: To ensure the integrity of your online account(s), the primary account holder must update all roles and permissions for additional users who have access to that account. The primary account holder will also need to reset passwords for additional users.
Text Banking: Our Call 24 will remain available to members at any time. Text Banking, however, has been discontinued.
Budgeting: Our previous in-app budgeting feature has been discontinued. Our new financial wellness tools can assist with budgeting. We are also exploring new budgeting tools for the future.

Biometric technology (fingerprint and face ID) is the best option for preventing bank fraud on your mobile device because it is the most secure solution. When possible, we recommend using biometrics to unlock your mobile banking.
