Ladder Certificates are regular certificates that require the member to establish 5 individual certificates with “laddering” maturity dates. The first certificate will be established with a 1 year term, the second with a 2 year term, and so on until the last certificate is issued with a 5 year term. Minimum initial deposit of $50,000. Each individual certificate requires a minimum deposit of $10,000.
