Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a verification process that Travis Credit Union utilizes to safeguard our members' financial information. When logging in to digital banking, you may receive prompts to verify your identity via text, phone call, or push authentication.

Please note that at present, Travis CU digital banking is unable to support SMS or phone call verifications for international phone numbers. Members with international phone numbers are encouraged to utilize the push authentication as their primary verification method. To utilize the push authentication option, you must have the Travis Credit Union mobile application installed on your mobile device.
Since we are unable to send you verification via text, a Travis CU member support specialist must be on the phone with you for the initial set up. Once you have downloaded the Travis CU mobile application, please take these steps to register for Push Authentication.
- Download the TCU Digital Banking Mobile App from your device’s app store.
- Call 800-877-8328 during normal business hours to connect with a Member Support Representative. They will be able to help you verify your identity and answer any questions during the set up process.
- If this is your first time signing into the TCU Digital Banking app, use the instructions below:
- When you sign into the application for the first time, your device will prompt you to allow Push Notifications from the application
- Click Enable this Device for Push Authentication
- Your device is now verified and enrolled in Push Authentication
- In the future if you are prompted to verify your identify when using the Digital Banking Mobile App, a Push Notification will be sent to your verified device
- If you have previously signed into the TCU Digital Banking app, use the instructions below:
- Login to TCU Digital Banking on your desktop or mobile device
- Select Menu
- Select Settings
- Select Security
- Select Authentication
- Under Push Notification toggle the slide bar next to the device you would like to receive Push Notifications.
- In the future if you are prompted to verify your identify when using the Digital Banking Mobile App, a Push Notification will be sent to your verified device
