How to Report a Debit Card Lost or Stolen

This document is for Travis Credit Union members who need to report a lost or stolen consumer debit card using Digital Banking.

Promptly reporting a lost or stolen card helps protect your account from unauthorized transactions. For your convenience, this can be done 24/7 through Digital Banking. Once your report is submitted, a replacement debit card will be automatically mailed to you within 7–10 business days.

To report your card lost or stolen and request a replacement, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. From the Dashboard, click on the Checking Account the debit card is on
  2. Click on Card Services

  3. Select Report Card Lost/Stolen

  4. Verify that the last 4 digits of the card, and the shipping address listed is correct
  5. Click Continue
  6. Select the Reason for Blocking Card that best describes the situation.

  7. Click Submit
  8. If successful, a confirmation page will display confirming the replacement card has been ordered

Note: Once the card is reported Lost or Stolen this card will no longer be available for use and can not be reactivated. Your new card will be delivered in 7-10 business days. If you need a replacement debit card immediately, or do not want to order a replacement, Lock your card and please visit one of our local branches.
