Promptly reporting a lost or stolen card helps protect your account from unauthorized transactions. For your convenience, this can be done 24/7 through Digital Banking. Once your report is submitted, a replacement debit card will be automatically mailed to you within 7–10 business days.
To report your card lost or stolen and request a replacement, follow the steps outlined below.
- From the Dashboard, click on the Checking Account the debit card is on
- Click on Card Services

- Select Report Card Lost/Stolen

- Verify that the last 4 digits of the card, and the shipping address listed is correct
- Click Continue
- Select the Reason for Blocking Card that best describes the situation.

- Click Submit
- If successful, a confirmation page will display confirming the replacement card has been ordered

Note: Once the card is reported Lost or Stolen this card will no longer be available for use and can not be reactivated. Your new card will be delivered in 7-10 business days. If you need a replacement debit card immediately, or do not want to order a replacement, Lock your card and please visit one of our local branches.
