At Travis Credit Union, we’re here to help during difficult times with resources to support your financial wellness. These programs are available to our members who turn to Travis for assistance. Our response to your request may take up to 72 hours.

Important Note for Deferred Payment & Mortgage Forbearance Requests: Once you submit a request form, you will be notified by email that Travis Credit Union has received your request. Within 72 hours, you will receive an electronic document from DocuSign acknowledging deferred payments. You have ten days from the date of receipt to sign and will receive daily reminders that your signature is needed.

Members who have loans or lines of credit with Travis Credit Union (e.g. auto and credit cards) may request to skip a payment due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

This is a difficult time for small businesses, too, and the Business Services Team at Travis wants to make sure its business members have information on the latest financial relief resources.

Waived Fees

We know this crisis is impacting many of our members financially, so we’re waiving fees to help those experiencing financial hardship. At this time, the following fees will be waived.

  • Transactions at Non-CO-OP Network ATMs
  • Overdraft Transfer Fee
  • Skip-a-Pay (Deferred Payments)
  • Credit Card Late Charge
  • Excessive Withdrawal Fee (Effective May 1, 2020, the transaction limitations and excessive withdrawal fee imposed for conducting more than six withdrawals or transfers from a Savings or Money Market Account have been eliminated.)

Disaster Relief Loan Program

This program allows Travis Credit Union members to borrow up to $10,000. The actual loan amount and length of term will depend on the applicant’s credit history. We can also defer your first monthly payment for 60 days, if needed.
