Loan payments now available with Mobile Deposit!

Travis Credit Union members who are eligible for Mobile Deposit can now make most TCU loan payments from the convenience of their mobile device.* Our new Mobile Check Deposit feature is part the latest upgrade of TCU’s Mobile App for Apple and Android mobile devices.

Members can now take a picture of their loan payment check and deposit it directly into their TCU loan account, where it will be recorded as a payment.

Benefits of loan payments via Mobile Check Deposit:

  • Take a picture of your check and deposit it to your loan account
  • Save time and money on stamps by not mailing in your payment to TCU
  • Enjoy the convenience of making a payment with your mobile device, any time of day
  • Mobile Check Deposit accepts checks from other financial institutions for loan payments

Touch ID is now available

Travis Credit Union is introducing Touch ID access for our Mobile App on Apple iOS devices! This new feature will provide a more secure login for our members as well as quicker access to your account information.

This feature is available on the latest update of the TCU Mobile App for Apple iOS devices (fingerprint sensor required). After updating, you will be prompted to enable Touch ID immediately after logging in to your account.

Save time and money with free Bill Pay

Stamps are expensive now! So stop buying them! Bill Pay is an easy-to-use feature of TCU's Online Banking service that lets you pay bills online, anytime, from any computer with Internet access. There are no checks to write, no stamps to buy; and best of all it's free with every TCU checking account. And, since it eliminates most of the paper associated with paying bills, it's environmentally friendly.

With free Bill Pay, you can schedule payments in advance, set up recurring payments, receive bills electronically and review your payment history – instantly.



How to enroll in Bill Pay

It's easy. To use Bill Pay, you must first enroll in Online Banking, click the button below if you're a "New User." The one-time enrollment process takes just a few minutes. Once you are enrolled in Online Banking, just click the "Pay Bills" link near the top of the screen for easy-to-follow instructions. That's it.

Now TCU members can send and receive secure electronic person-to-person payments through Popmoney® a new personal payment feature of our Online Banking Bill Pay service.

Here's how it works:

Gotta pay someone? Pop it over!

  • Send to the recipient's email or mobile phone.
  • They get notified to deposit their money.
  • Done! Money goes directly to their bank account.

Registering for Popmoney is easy:

  1. Login to Online Banking and click the "Bill Pay" tab.
  2. Click "Get Started." On the next screen, click the "Go to the Payment Center" link.
  3. Click on the "Popmoney" tab and follow the simple instructions. Done!

When you need to make a loan payment fast
You can use Travis Quick-Pay™ to quickly and securely make loan or credit card payments using a debit card, your checking or savings account or credit card from another financial institution.

Eligibility requirements to use Mobile Deposit:

  • Account owner must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a deposit account or a TCU loan
  • No delinquent loans more than 29 days old
  • Account must be in good standing with no negative shares

Funds Availability

Travis Credit Union’s standard check hold policy applies to deposits made using Mobile Deposit. There is no cut-off time for depositing checks through Mobile Deposit. If you deposit your check after 3:00 p.m. PST, however, the check will be processed the following business day. As a precaution, please retain your check for at least one week before destroying it.

The daily deposit limit is $20,000. The weekly limit is $40,000 and the monthly limit is $60,000.
