Our secure Online Banking service allows you to manage your accounts, anytime, from any computer with Internet access. With Online Banking, you can view account balances, pay your bills,* review transaction history, transfer funds, view cleared checks, sign up for (and view) E-statements, reorder checks and much more. Safeguarding your account information is at the forefront of everything we do. We've added "Two-Factor Authentication" and other security upgrades as extra layers of protection to your account (above and beyond requiring a conventional password). Features such as photo selection, computer ID verification and personalized "challenge" questions allow you to customize your log-in, providing you with a higher level of online security.



Bill Pay

Save time and money with free Bill Pay

Stamps are expensive now! So stop buying them! Bill Pay is an easy-to-use feature of TCU's Online Banking service that lets you pay bills online, anytime, from any computer with Internet access. There are no checks to write, no stamps to buy; and best of all it's free with every TCU checking account. And, since it eliminates most of the paper associated with paying bills, it's environmentally friendly.

With free Bill Pay, you can schedule payments in advance, set up recurring payments, receive bills electronically and review your payment history – instantly.



How to enroll in Bill Pay

It's easy. To use Bill Pay, you must first enroll in Online Banking, click the button below if you're a "New User." The one-time enrollment process takes just a few minutes. Once you are enrolled in Online Banking, just click the "Pay Bills" link near the top of the screen for easy-to-follow instructions. That's it.

Send money or get paid with your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Now TCU members can send and receive secure electronic person-to-person payments through Popmoney® a new personal payment feature of our Online Banking Bill Pay service.

Here's how it works:

Gotta pay someone? Pop it over!

  • Send to the recipient's email or mobile phone.
  • They get notified to deposit their money.
  • Done! Money goes directly to their bank account.

Registering for Popmoney is easy:

  1. Login to Online Banking and click the "Bill Pay" tab.
  2. Click "Get Started." On the next screen, click the "Go to the Payment Center" link.
  3. Click on the "Popmoney" tab and follow the simple instructions. Done!

Text Message Banking

Sign-up for Text Message Banking

You can now access your checking and savings account information via text messaging. It's easy. Just dial the access number from your registered mobile device and enter your secret PIN. That's it.

Your text message will usually arrive in seconds, but messages may take up to 30 minutes depending upon your service provider (some providers process their text messages twice per hour).

Charges for text messages from your service provider may apply. Because some providers charge by the letter to deliver text messages, we have provided three message types in varying sizes:

  • Account balances (checking and savings only)
  • Last 3 transactions (checking and savings only)
  • Or both

When you need to make a loan payment fast
You can use Travis Quick-Pay™ to quickly and securely make loan or credit card payments using a debit card, your checking or savings account or credit card from another financial institution.

Eligibility requirements to use Mobile Deposit

New accounts less than six months old:
Checking and savings account in good standing; Check card approved and issued; 18 years of age or older; No loan delinquent more than 21 days; Less than 3 returned deposited checks (RETC) since account opened; Approved device (iPhone or Android); Registered for Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

Existing account more than six months old:
Checking and savings account in good standing; 18 years of age or older; No loan delinquent more than 21 days; Less than 3 returned deposited checks (RETC) since account opened; Approved device (iPhone or Android); Registered for Online Banking and Mobile Banking

At this time, business accounts are not eligible for mobile deposit. 

Funds Availability

Travis Credit Union’s standard check hold policy applies to deposits made using Mobile Deposit. There is no cut-off time for depositing checks through Mobile Deposit. If you deposit your check after 3:00 p.m. PST, however, the check will be processed the following business day. As a precaution, please retain your check for at least one week before destroying it.

The daily deposit limit is $7,500. The weekly limit is $20,000 and the monthly limit is $40,000.
