How To Update Contact Information on Mobile App

This document covers how to update your mailing address and contact information on mobile banking.

  1. Click on the menu and then tap your account icon.
  2. On the Contact Information tab, scroll down to the section you wish to update.
    Profile, contact info tab, mobile view, DB Hub, Travis CU,
    • You can add a photo.
    • You can update your primary email.
    • You can add a secondary email (optional).
    • You can add a Home, Mobile, and Work Phone (optional).
    • You can add/update your Primary Address.
    • You can add a Second Address (optional).
  3. Click Save Changes to update information.
    Edit contact information, mobile view, DB Hub, Travis CU,

Result: You have successfully changed your mailing address and/or other contact information.
