How To First Time Sign-On
for Existing TCU Members

Account Management

This document covers how existing TCU Members can access the new Digital Banking Platform. This document will only need to be referenced for your first time signing into the platform.

  1. Navigate to login.
  2. Input Username and Password, then click Login.

  3. Click Get Started.

  4. On the Member Information screen enter the Last 4 digits of your SSN/EIN and Zip Code then click Continue.

  5. Select a method to Authenticate your identity then click Request Code.
  6. Enter in verification code.
  7. You will be prompted to create a new password.

    Note: Password must be between 8-32 characters and contain at least one letter, one number, and one of the follow special characters: !@#$%^&*(). Password cannot include First, Middle, or Last names; Member Number; Username.
  8. Confirm password then click Next.
  9. Read over the TCU Agreements and Disclosures then click Accept & Continue.

Result: You have successfully logged into the new TCU online banking platform.
