Travis Credit Union’s web server automatically recognizes only your IP address when you visit our site. It does not recognize your email address or other personal information.
Online Banking and Online Applications
When you use Travis Credit Union Online Banking or apply online for accounts, you provide personal information that is necessary for us to securely process your request. To ensure that your information remains confidential, all sessions are established with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). For additional security Travis Credit Union has implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all Online Banking members. When you log into your Online Banking account, MFA places a secure cookie on your computer. The secure cookie, in conjunction with your name and password, provide multiple methods of authenticating your identity. Cookies cannot be used to learn confidential or personal information about you that you have not already provided or obtain information from your device.
We do not disclose information that you submit through this site and that is personally identifiable with you to any other person or entity except as legally compelled to do so, such as through a subpoena.
