Introducing the 2018 Scholarship Recipients
Students received their award on June 14, 2018 at a reception held at the Lt. General John F. Gonge Community Room at Travis Credit Union’s corporate headquarters in Vacaville.
This scholarship program demonstrates the commitment and dedication to create value for our members and the community. Through their hard work it is clear these students are ready to pursue their chosen academic path.
Travis Credit Union is honored to award these 22 high school graduates with $2,000 each through our Mary Keith Duff Memorial Scholarships, a program aimed to help college-bound Travis members with college expenses.

Applying for 2019 Scholarships*
If you or someone you know will be a high school senior this fall, encourage them to apply in 2019. Scholarship applicants must be a Travis Credit Union member in good standing, a graduating high school senior, and have a GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). Application submissions require that students submit a completed Mary Keith Duff Memorial Scholarship application, personal statement essay (in 250 words) describing the student’s education and career goals after college, school transcript certified by a high school official, and one letter of reference from a teacher verifying scholastic honors and awards, leadership, extracurricular activities.
2019 Scholarship Guidelines
Applications will be available in branches and posted on this page by January 1, 2019.

*Applications will not be returned and will become the property of TCU. TCU senior officers and volunteers and their families are not eligible. The winning entries will be chosen at the discretion of TCU staff. Illegible entries may be disqualified. Recipients will be notified by mail or phone and agree to have their names and photos published in TCU promotional materials. After confirmation of registration and acceptance at a two-year community college or a four-year college or university with 12 or more credits or units, award checks will be issued to the scholarship recipient or their school. Not valid where prohibited by law.
