Travis Credit Union members Becky and Marcus needed some capital to finance their Sacramento mixed martial-arts business that helps instill confidence in area youth through education, training and hard work.
The couple turned to Travis for financial help, and were able to refinance their home loan so that they’d have cash leftover for their business. The big difference was the personal touch and family-friendly service they received at the credit union. “Thank you Travis for financing our dream,” Becky said.

Apply for our $2,000 Scholarship
The start of the New Year means we’re now accepting applications for our 2018 Mary Keith Duff Memorial Scholarship. Pat and I invite Travis members who are graduating from high school this summer and are attending college in the fall to apply for the $2,000 awards.
The credit union is proud to provide financial assistance to college-bound students and families, especially with the high cost of a college education. Be sure to review the list of application requirements and to get started early.
Another way we are a financial advocate for you is through our free tax preparation workshops. Designed for low-income individuals and families, these tax return workshops are open to the public. Membership is not required but appointments are requested. You can learn more about where you can find this community service event.
Annual Membership Meeting
Pat and I cordially invite you to attend our Annual Membership Meeting in on April 26 at our Community Room at One Travis Way in Vacaville. We’ll review the credit union’s accomplishments in 2017 and share the credit union’s goals for 2018.
Our Annual Meeting is also a great opportunity for members to meet the credit union’s leadership team. Come talk to us and share their thoughts about how we’re doing. We hope to see you there!
