Update: 69th Annual Meeting is Postponed

Update: A Special Message About Coronavirus (COVID-19)

3/12/2020 – Please Note: As an added step to limit exposure to COVID-19, the Annual Meeting is postponed until further notice. We have canceled all community events and public financial education seminars in the counties of Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Merced and Yolo through mid-April (see traviscu.org/coronavirus). After that time, we will reevaluate on a month-to-month basis.

Travis Credit Union members are cordially invited to attend our Annual Membership Meeting, in the Lt. General John F. Gonge Community Room at One Travis Way in Vacaville. Barry Nelson, President and Chief Executive Officer, will discuss the credit union’s 2019 performance and the expectations for 2020.

We will also hold elections for three Board of Directors positions and one Supervisory Committee position. If you wish to stand for election, please mail your resume and cover letter to the Nominating Committee explaining what seat you’re interested in. You may bypass the nomination process and become a candidate by submitting a petition signed by 300 members who are eligible to vote in the election.

To obtain petition guidelines and forms, please contact Sylvia Hanson at (707) 469-1602 or (800) 877-8328 ext. 1602. Your cover letter, résumé, and signed petitions must be postmarked no later than midnight on December 26, 2019 to be considered by either nomination or petition.

The positions are voluntary and the seats are for three-year terms. There is no monetary compensation for service. Requests for nominations and petitions should be mailed to:
