As I reflect on 2023, I am proud of what we achieved and very enthusiastic about the bright future ahead. Below are a few of our highlights that I would like to share with you.
Our Stability
- For more than 70 years, we have been a strong and secure financial institution. We are a NCUA insured credit union with nearly $5 billion in assets and 250,000 members across Northern California.
Enhanced Access
- We launched our new digital banking platform which offers members an intuitive, user friendly design with more functionality and features, such as viewing your credit score, spending analysis, and more. I am thrilled to say that our digital banking app has a 4.8 out of 5 stars rating in the Apple App Store and Google Play App Store.
- You have 24/7 online access and can use 30,000 ATMs nationwide. We would be happy to see you at one of our 23 branches or you can reach us over the phone.

- We improved our products, offering lower fees and higher savings rates.
- We are actively investing in our team to ensure they deliver the service, advice, and expertise you expect from a local, trusted financial institution.
- Our commitment to the community and financial education remains steadfast. More than 11,000 people have participated in our financial education events, including Mad City Money, our youth engagement program. In total, our employees spend hundreds of hours volunteering at local nonprofits and other charitable organizations.
Your recognition means the world to us, and we're honored to have been named the Best Credit Union and Bank in Vacaville and the Best Credit Union in Vallejo by the Vacaville Reporter. Additionally, we received the Reader’s Choice Award for Best Credit Union from the Fairfield Daily Republic.
