We're here for you through it all

Recently, a representative at our Davis Branch shared a story with us about how he helped a member get into a better financial situation. Although we were not his primary financial institution, our representative, IJ, showed the member how an auto refinance at Travis could pay off a signature loan and save him money.

The member was so happy with us he referred his parents to Travis, and they refinanced their vehicles with us, too. “Seeing how much positivity and joy we can bring to our members makes me feel proud,” IJ said.

Travis Credit Union employees such as IJ are indeed proud of the work they do and sincerely want to help you find the best solution for your financial situation. We are here to assist you for both your short- and long-term money matters, through all of life’s milestones and challenges. We want you to think of Travis first when you need financial help, and we’re working hard to earn that trust and confidence.

We Train Together

One way we’re doing so is through a properly trained staff who understand the credit union’s causes, goals and mission. Each October, all Travis employees come together for a special day of training, motivation and camaraderie. This day of unity among branch teams and support departments strengthens the communication within the entire organization so that we are all on the same page in helping our members.

October is also when the credit union industry as a whole gathers to celebrate International Credit Union Day. On Oct. 20, credit unions worldwide will commemorate the industry’s impact and achievements. Pat and I are proud to be part of an industry whose mission is focused on helping people improve their lives.
