Explore What's New In Digital Banking

Here are the things you’ll need to do after your initial login using your current credentials:

  1. After your initial login, you may be required to set a new password, as we have implemented new password requirements to enhance the security of your account.
  2. If you have additional users, you will need to re-establish those secondary users’ roles, permissions, and passwords with the new system.
  3. Please re-enter your account alerts to your preferred notification settings.

If your Travis CU Mobile App did not automatically update to the latest version (blue icon background) and it is not prompting an update, deleting and then re-installing Travis CU Mobile App should fix this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.
